Body Shop for Fashion Week make up

I finally decided to recreate the look from this years Fashion Week. Body Shop's creative artist came up with this idea of doll looking make up look and I fell in love with it. In this video I am showing in quick steps how to achieve this evening look. I have never tried Body Shop make up in that extent, but since their PR sent me some samples I absolutely love it.

Konacno sam odlucila da probam da se nasminkam poput modela na ovogodisnjem Fashion Week-u. Kreativna umetnica Body Shop-a je osmislila temu lutkastog izgleda i ja sam se naprosto zaljubila u to. U ovom video pokazacu vam kratke korake kojim mozete postici bas ovaj, vecernji, izgled. Nikada nisam mnogo koristila Body Shop kozmetiku, ali otkako su mi devojke iz Body Shop PR sluzbe poslale ove proizvode, vec imam neke favorite.

Stanwells Heaven

Hello my lovelies,

Recently I was contacted by amazing PRs from Stanwells designer clothing boutique. Once I started browsing through Stanwells website hours went without noticing. I was totally impressed with all the cashmere pieces they sell. After having to make some hard decisions and discussing pieces with them, we settled for them to send me this gorgeous Diane Von Furstenberg dress. It is something I never had before. Very baggy,stylish dress, with a lot of pockets and A line. I love the material and the bright colour. This dress is one of their best sellers, and you can check it out HERE

Nedavno su me kontaktirali iz PR sluzbe Stanwells butika firmirane odece. Kada sam pocela da pretrazujem njihov sajt i gledam odecu, sati su prosli bez da sam primetila. Odusevila sam se odecom od kasmira koju prodaju. Morala sam da se odlucim za neki komad i bilo je mnogo tesko, ali nakon dogovaranja sa njima poslali su mi fenomenalnu Diane Von Furstenberg haljinu. Prezadovoljna sam materijalom i svezom, jarkom bojom. Ovo je jedna od njihovih najprodavanijih haljina i ovako nesto nisam imala ranije. Haljinu neobicnog dizajna mozete pogledati OVDE 

Savrsena prilika da je nosim pojavila se za vencanje moje drugarice. Dole mozete videti kako sam sve ukombinovala :)

Preview of the Heaven

Last few days were completely booked, yesterday I left house at 8 in the morning and got home at 2.30am. That is the reason for no post, but I have accumulated so much material that you will soon see here.
In the meanwhile, here is a little preview of tomorrows post. LOVE YOU ALL!

Poslednjih nekoliko dana sam bila na sto strana. Juce sam izasla iz kuce u 8 ujutru a vratila se u 230 posle ponoci. Bas zbog toga nije bilo novog posta, ali sam skupila toliko materijala koji cete uskoro videti ovde.

Make up looks

As I sad before, the series of "Prom" inspired posts started yesterday. And today I want to say few things about make up. On the big night you will be photographed a lot, and these photos would be shown to all the relatives, boyfriends, future husband(s), friends, and grandparents. Because you will be constantly reminded of the night and your look, you want to make sure that while there are any proves, at least you can show you looked amazing! Make up is big factor in there. And here are my few tips:

1.No matter if you will be doing your own make up or a professional, do a test one week in advance, take a photo of it, and see how you like it.
2.Do not try any new facial products, less than 2 weeks before big night. Allergic reaction to a product is NOT a good look.
3. Do not wax your upper lip on the day or couple a days before the night.
4.If you will be wearing fake eye lashes, make sure to have eyelash glue in your bag at all times.
5. If you think it will be an emotional event, make sure your mascara and foundation are waterproof, or bring all the necessary make up to retouch your face.

Kao sto sam rekla, juce je pocela serija postova za "Mature". Danas zelim da vam kazem par stvari vezanih za sminku. Svi veliki dogadjaji budu dosta fotografisani i zato ce se ove fotografije pokazivati svim rodjacima, momcima, buducem muzu/evima, prijateljima, bakama i dedama. Bas posto ce uvek doci do pitanja kako ste izgledali u doba "velike veceri" morate se potruditi da ukoliko dokazi postoje, na njima izgledate savrseno! Sminka ovde igra veliku ulogu. A tu je i mojih 5 glavnih saveta:

1.Bez obzira da li se sami sminkate ili to cini profesionalac, uradite probnu sminku 7 dana unapred, uslikajte se i onda odlucite da li vam se dopada.
2.Ne probavajte nove proizvode za lice manje od 2 nedelje unapred. Alergijska reakcija na licu NE izgleda dobro.
3.Ne depilirajte nausnice par dana pred dogadjaj.
4.Ukoliko cete nositi vestacke trepavice, obavezno ponesite lepak u torbici, za svaki slucaj.
5.Ako mislite da ce vece biti puno emocija, koristite vodootporni puder i maskaru. Ako nemate ovako nesto, ponesite rezervnu sminku kojom cete popraviti izgled u najgorem slucaju.

Prom Ideas

As May is almost here, a lot of my readers expressed a wish for me to make a Prom inspiration post. I must say Prom finished for me 5 years ago, but I still tend to have important or big nights out, weddings, balls...where I get a chance to shine. I am sure that even if prom is too far in the future, or is left in the past, you might find some inspiration in my ideas for a BIG NIGHT OUT!
Some important events happen only once in your life, so I will start my "Prom Series" today, where I will show you my outfit ideas, hair inspiration, make up plans and how to get ready in next four posts.
At the beginning of this Outfit Ideas post I will also show you how I looked 5 years ago for my prom. I got this dress while I still lived in Serbia, but came to visit my sister in England. It is very comfortable dress, made of thousands of hand sewn pearls and sequins.
I made different style ideas, for everyone's style and taste. So of we go :)

Posto je mesec maj tu, u moj inbox pristiglo je mnogo zelja da napravim post sa idejama za matursko vece. Moram reci da se vece velike mature za mene zavrsilo pre 5 godina, ali i dalje imam velike dogadjaje, vencanja, balove...na kojima dobijem sansu da zasijam. Sigurna sam da cak i ako je vasa matura tek negde u buducnosti, ili zaboravljena u proslosti mozete pronaci inspiraciju u ovom postu za neke druge dogadjaje, i VELIKE PROVODE!
Neki bitni dogadjaji se dese samo jednom u zivotu, zato pocinjem ovu "Matursku Seriju" danas, gde cu vam pokazati moje ideje za outfite, inspiraciju za frizure, planove za sminku i kako da se spremite za to vece . Sve to cete videti u naredna 4 posta.
Na pocetku ovog posta mozete videti kako sam izgledala pre 5 godina na vece moje mature. Haljinu sam kupila dok sam jos zivela u Srbiji, pri poseti sestri u Engleskoj. Vrlo je udobna i napravljena od svile i rucno sivenih perlica i sljokica.
Ovde sam napravila ideje za razne stilove, kao i za svaciju gradju i ukus, pa da krenemo :)

It was such a weird day today, while I was at work it was beautifully sunny, and as soon as I finished some grey cloud appeared (what a luck huh?) However I had a lovely day, and sealed few amazing collaborations for the blog, which I will talk about later :)
But this time I have an outfit, which features asymmetric Kowalski tunic from Full Of Style.
Full of Style team contacted me, and showed me their website, full of amazing edgy designs, make sure to check them out. I really loved this tunic, and when I opened package, I loved it even more, it is very unique and made of the softest possible material. The designs on Full of Style are very different than usual things you can see, so make sure to check them out :)

Kako je danas bio neobican dan. Dok sam radila bilo je suncano, a kada je doslo vreme da odem kuci spustio se neki sivi oblak (kakva sreca hah?) Ipak sam imala predivan dan, sklopila sam par dogovora i saradnji vezano za blog, o kojima cu vam reci kasnije :)
Ali ovaj put imam novi outfit, i to sa asimetricnom Kowalski tunikom, sa Full of Style website-a.
Full of Style tim me je kontaktirao i kada su mi pokazali svoj sajt, pun neobicnih kreacija nisam mogla da se ne zainteresujem. Ova tunika mi se jako dopala, a kada sam otvorila paket, dopala mi se jos vise. Totalno je drugacija od svega sto imam i napravljena je od najmekseg materijala ikad. Kreacije na Full of Style su jako neobicne i nesto sto se ne vidja svaki dan, pa ne zaboravite da ih pogledate :)
